TotalEnergies joins the Polypropylene Recycling Coalition of Recycling Partnership to increase plastic recovery in the US and promote the circular economy

HOUSTON, October 7, 2021 / PRNewswire / – TotalEnergies Petrochemicals & Refining United States of America, Inc., a subsidiary of the broad energy company TotalEnergies (NYSE: TTE), today announces its stake as a financing partner of Polypropylene Recycling Coalition, an initiative of The recycling partnership.

TotalEnergies’ collaboration within the Polypropylene Recycling Coalition will focus on improving roadside recycling access for polypropylene (PP) to ensure that this packaging material is widely recovered and reused in end markets such as food and beverage packaging, consumer products and automotive parts .
